Dealers must acknowledge the company's business philosophy and operation ideas, and agree with the company's brand and market positioning.
Financial Security
Dealers should have sufficient funds: Registered capital of not less than 1 million yuan and more than 300,000 yuan in liquid assets are required for entities with independent legal person qualifications.
Agricultural Supplies Experience
Dealers should be enterprises engaged in the agricultural industry; or large dealers, cooperatives, or agricultural alliance organizations engaged in agricultural supplies; or natural persons with equivalent conditions.
Warehousing Infrastructure
Dealers should have supporting warehousing conditions: Store area no less than 15㎡, warehouse no less than 30㎡ (conditions can be relaxed for pilot dealers).
Character and Network
Dealers should have no criminal record and bad credit record, aged 20-60, with a certain business acumen and extensive network resources.
Complete Documents
Dealers must hold agricultural supplies business licenses and other relevant documents stipulated by the state.

★ Applicant's company profile (stamped)
★ Copy of business license (stamped) (Five certificates in one are handled accordingly)
★ Copy of property certificate or lease contract (lease) of the store and other relevant materials
★ Copy of the ID card of the legal representative (natural person himself)
★ Dealer basic information form (provided by the supply chain company)
★ Copy of bank account opening license (stamped), natural persons please provide a copy of bank card and relevant information

Through meetings, training, advertising, and other channels, understand the company profile, business model, franchise conditions, and confirm the intention to open a store
Investigation

Channel sales staff will conduct on-site visits and investigations to determine whether the applicant meets the admission requirements
Material Review

The company reviews the materials submitted by the applicant. Qualified applicants can pay the deposit
Sign a contract

Disseminate the company's dealer agreement and other management policies to dealers, sign agreements; and issue authorization letters (cards) to dealers
Training

Regional managers and supervisors will provide product and technical training to dealers and their sales staff
Decoration & Opening

The dealership will be changed to the company's unified signboard; opening goods preparation and arrangement, advertising promotion
