Minister of Water Resources of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Khamraev, led a delegation to visit and hold talks with DAYU IRRIGATION Group
On September 23, a delegation led by Mr. Shavkat Khamraev, Minister of Water Resources of Uzbekistan, visited the Beijing R&D Center of DAYU IRRIGATION Group for an inspection and discussion, accompanied by Ms. Cui Huimin, Deputy Director of the International Cooperation and Science and Technology Bureau of the Yellow River Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources. Mr. Wang Haoyu, Chairman of DAYU IRRIGATION Group, Mr. Gao Zhany, Chief Scientist, and Ms. Cui Jing, Senior Vice President, were among those accompanying the delegation.

The delegation toured the Beijing R&D Center, gaining a comprehensive understanding of DAYU IRRIGATION's leading capabilities in water-saving technologies, R&D innovation, and project implementation. Chairman Wang Haoyu extended a warm welcome to Minister Shavkat Khamraev and his delegation, providing a detailed introduction to DAYU IRRIGATION Group's development history, corporate culture, development philosophy, full industry chain advantages, and advanced mechanism models. Ms. Cui Jing, Senior Vice President, highlighted DAYU IRRIGATION Group's core technologies and practical experience in water-saving technological innovation, as well as the outstanding technical capabilities of DAYU IRRIGATION's specialized companies, including typical achievements in smart irrigation and integrated water resource management. She also shared DAYU IRRIGATION's strategic layout and significant progress in the international market.





At the symposium, Minister Shavkat Khamraev fully affirmed DAYU IRRIGATION's persistent dedication to the water-saving irrigation industry, as well as its advanced technological concepts and mechanism models. He stated that this inspection not only deepened his understanding of DAYU IRRIGATION's technical capabilities and project experience but also provided valuable reference for Uzbekistan's future water resources strategy. Uzbekistan faces the severe challenge of water scarcity and urgently needs to introduce advanced products and technologies in many areas to address this predicament, such as reservoir construction, the application of water-saving irrigation systems, and the establishment of mechanisms and management organizations. He expressed a strong desire to work hand-in-hand with excellent companies like DAYU IRRIGATION to explore long-term and in-depth cooperation models, promoting the sustainable development of water resources in Uzbekistan.

Chairman Wang Haoyu expressed his sincere gratitude for the Minister's visit and affirmation of DAYU IRRIGATION Group, further sharing DAYU IRRIGATION's valuable experience in the water-saving field over the past 30 years. He stated that DAYU IRRIGATION Group has high expectations for the strategic cooperation agreement recently reached in Uzbekistan and hopes that, with the strong support and promotion of the Minister, the DAYU team and the Uzbek team will cooperate closely to introduce DAYU's high-quality products, cutting-edge technologies, and professional services into Uzbekistan, providing Uzbekistan with new agricultural water conservancy system solutions, improving Uzbekistan's water resource utilization, and benefiting the people of Uzbekistan with mature DAYU solutions.
This inspection, following the signing of a memorandum of cooperation on September 11, marks a further deepening of cooperation between DAYU IRRIGATION Group and Uzbekistan in the field of agricultural water conservancy. In the future, DAYU IRRIGATION will use even more intelligent and efficient water-saving solutions to help Uzbekistan achieve its sustainable water resources development goals and contribute to global water resource management.
Also participating in this inspection were Mr. Juraev Ikham, Director of the Reform Office of the Ministry of Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Mr. Temurbek Yusubov, Manager of the Representative Office of the Investment, Industry and Trade Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in China; and Mr. Ota Obedjanov, Secretary; Mr. Yan Wenxue, Chairman of DAYU IRRIGATION Design Group; and Mr. Liao Huaxuan, Executive Vice President of DAYU IRRIGATION Huitu Group, also participated in the symposium.
