  • Connection Methods

Connection Between PE Hose and Micro Spray Tape

When the micro spray tape is arranged on both sides of the PE hose, a soft tape cross valve is used for the connection. The PE hose is secured to the cross valve using matching steel clamps and rubber gaskets. The micro spray tape is inserted into the valve-equipped side of the cross valve and fastened with a ring clamp—no additional fittings are required.

In greenhouse applications, the PE hose is typically laid along one side of the greenhouse, with the micro spray tape placed on the same side. Use a punching tool to create holes in the PE hose, install duckbill bypass valves, and then connect the micro spray tape accordingly.

Connection Between PE Hose and Drip Tape

When connecting a PE hose to drip tape:For single-side drip tape layout, use a hose bypass connector or bypass valve. For double-side drip tape layout, use a hose tee connector.
