Policy Leadership
Under the guidance of agricultural and water policies issued by the Central Party Committee, the State Council, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2024–2025, including the "Water Conservation Regulations," the "National Implementation Plan for Significantly Boosting Grain and Oil Crop Yields by 2025," the "Implementation Plan for Gradually Transforming Permanent Basic Farmland into High-Standard Farmland," and the "Plan for Accelerating the Building of a Strong Agricultural Nation (2024–2035)," DAYU Irrigation actively puts into practice the General Secretary’s sixteen-character water management principle: "Water Conservation First, Spatial Balance, Systemic Governance, and Dual-Pronged Approach." This commitment provides robust support for enhancing agricultural water-use efficiency, boosting farmers' productivity and incomes, and safeguarding national food security.
