Centrifugal Filter
The centrifugal filter uses the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotating water flow to separate sandparticles and other heavier impurities from water. lt has no filter screen inside and no detachable componentsfeaturing a simple structure and convenient maintenance.The filter units of centrifugal fiters are available in multiple standard series ranging from 2" to 6", non-standardseries can also be provided according to customer requirements. For sand paricles larger than 75um, the separation rate of centrifugal filters is approximately 98%, but theycannot remove all impurities in water. lf higher water quality regquirements are needed, they can be used inconjunction with other filters as required.

Operating Instructions
1. Centrifugal filters are primary filters and are often used in combination with screen flters or disc filters.
2. During instal ation, a straight pipe with the same diameter as the water inlet shall be installed in front of thewater inlet, with a length 10-15 times the diameter of the water inlet, to ensure smooth inlet water flow.
3. The pressure loss should be appropriately maintained at 0.3-0.5 bar.
4. The larger the sand particle size, the better the sand removal effect.5. The sand collection tank must be emptied in a timely manner, otherwise, the precipitated sand will easily becarried to the downstream again, losing the sand removal function.
6. lt is difficult to separate organic matter and impurities with low specifc gravity in water.
