Disc Filter
The disc filter element consists of a stack of grooved discs on both sides. The intersecting ridges formed by the grooves effectively trap suspended solids and particles in the water. This design combines surface filtration with depth filtration, significantly enhancing filtration efficiency. Disc filters feature efficient backwashing, fully automatic continuous operation, low water consumption, compact footprint, and reliable performance. The system alternates the backwashing process between different filter units and automatically switches between filtration and backwash modes, ensuring continuous water output with minimal pressure loss—offering clear technical advantages. Designed with a modular structure, disc filters can be flexibly combined by filtration units to meet the needs of various applications. Backwash control is simple and can be triggered by both differential pressure and time-based settings.

Product Advantages
- Utilizes multiple patented technologies to ensure safer and more efficient installation and operation, saving water and space with minimal daily maintenance.
- The spring-free filter cartridge design ingeniously uses incoming water pressure to compress the disc stack during filtration, significantly reducing the required pressure for backwashing. The unique built-in duckbill valve ensures maximum water output during filtration and excellent backflow prevention during backwashing.
- The modular design of the filter cartridge frame allows flexible height adjustment according to system requirements, effectively adjusting the filtration area to meet various system configurations.
- Abandoning the commonly used metal clamp design, the filtration unit adopts a self-locking buckle and specially designed sealing ring for easy assembly and disassembly with excellent sealing performance.
- Each filtration unit is equipped with a filtration/backwash status indicator and an automatic air release valve, preventing water hammer damage and enhancing backwashing efficiency.
Applications
- Suitable for irrigation of vegetables, fruit trees, greenhouses, flowers, tea gardens, lawns, and all types of field crops. The disc filter features a modular design, allowing multiple combinations of filtration units to meet diverse application needs. The backwash controller is simple to operate and enables full system control based on pressure differential, time, or both. The filter element requires no replacement and has a service life of up to 15 years.
