Plastic Filter
■ Disc Filter The filter element of a disc filter is composed of multiple discs with radial grooves that become narrower from the outside in. These discs are stacked and compressed together. The intersecting grooves between the upper and lower discs form multiple crossing points and flow channels. As water flows through these channels, impurities are intercepted at the crossing points—effectively on the outer surface of the filter element. The depth and number of grooves on the discs determine the filtration precision of the unit. ■ Screen Filter A screen filter uses a mesh screen to directly intercept impurities in the water, removing suspended solids and particles, reducing turbidity, and purifying water quality. It helps minimize the formation of system fouling, algae, and rust, thus ensuring clean water and protecting other components in the system. It is a precision device designed to safeguard the proper functioning of irrigation or water treatment systems.

Instructions for Use
1. The working pressure of the filter must not exceed 1 MPa.
2. To facilitate disassembly and cleaning, it is recommended to install a valve before the inlet.
3. To monitor the working water pressure, a pressure gauge can be installed at the inlet to determine whether cleaning is needed.
4. After installation, open the drain valve to release air before use. Once the air is fully discharged, close the valve.
