Fertilizer Tank

Fertilizer tanks provide a simplified method for delivering fertilizers and other chemicals, which are then applied through drip or sprinkler irrigation systems. The differential pressure-type fertilizer tank typically consists of a solution reservoir (fertilizer tank), inlet pipe, fertilizer outlet pipe, and pressure regulating valve. Its working principle is based on creating a pressure difference at two points in the water supply pipeline. This pressure difference allows chemical solutions to be drawn into the system. The solution reservoir is a pressurized container designed to withstand the same pressure as the pipeline. Fertilizer tanks should be made of corrosion-resistant and high-pressure-resistant plastic or metal materials. For sealed fertilizer tanks, good airtightness is also required. The tank volume should be determined based on factors such as the control area of the micro-irrigation system (or the size of the irrigation zone), the application rate per unit area, and the concentration of the fertilizer solution.
